Asset Retrieval Instructions for Wrong Network/Currency Deposit

If you have mistakenly deposited the wrong currency or selected the wrong network, and the transaction has a technical possibility of recovery, Roogoo platform will make every effort to assist you in retrieving the assets.

Due to the nature of cross-chain operations, manual processing, high risks, and related network Gas fees, cross-chain bridge fees, and exchange handling fees, the platform will charge a fixed retrieval service fee of 5 USDT (regardless of the asset amount, the fee is the same).

Important Notes:

  • Not all mistaken deposit cases can be successfully retrieved (for example, if the assets are sent to an uncontrollable address or liquidity has been removed, recovery may not be possible).

  • After a successful retrieval, the assets will be credited days, depending on the on-chain situation.

We will make every effort to assist, but please ensure to carefully check the currency, network, and deposit address when making deposits to avoid unnecessary losses.
