Withdrawals are mainly divided into two types: on-chain withdrawals and internal transfers. Here, USDT is used as an example to demonstrate the operation process.

I. On-chain Withdrawals

1、Open the App homepage, click [Assets] — [Withdraw] — search for the currency [e.g., USDT]

2、Select destination [Address Book/Other exchanges or wallets] - Select [Withdrawal Network] - Scan code or paste [Withdrawal Address]/Select from address book - Enter [Withdrawal Amount] - Click [Submit]. Users can check the minimum withdrawal amount before entering the withdrawal amount.

3、Enter the required passwords and verification codes to complete the operation.

Notes:

  1. When selecting the withdrawal network, the [Deposit Network] of other exchanges or wallets must be consistent with Roogoo's withdrawal network, for example, both should be Tron (TRC20), otherwise the coins may be lost.

  2. If you have completed the binding of phone number, email, and identity verification application, when you verify your withdrawal, you need to verify through the identity verification application and email, and cannot verify via SMS.

II. Internal Transfers

1. Open the App homepage, click [Assets] — [Withdraw] — search for the currency [e.g., USDT]

2. Select destination [Roogoo receiving account] - Select via [Phone Number/Email/Sub-account/UID] - Enter/paste the recipient's [Phone Number/Email/Sub-account/UID] - Enter [Amount], click [Submit].

3. Enter the required passwords and verification codes to complete the operation.

Note:

  • The withdrawal page displays [Minimum Amount], [24-hour Withdrawal Limit], and [Fee]. Please check if they meet the corresponding parameters.

  • It is recommended to enable address verification to ensure fund security. With address verification enabled, users do not need to manually enter new addresses and perform verification operations.

Friendly Reminder: Some cryptocurrencies require a tag when withdrawing, which is usually a string of numbers. For example, XRP requires filling in a tag after completing the withdrawal address. The tag must also be filled in, otherwise the coins may be lost.
