There are two ways to deposit funds on the Roogoo platform:

  1. Internal Transfer Deposit

  2. On-chain Deposit

Internal Transfer

Internal transfer deposit allows other Roogoo platform users to deposit funds for you through internal transfers. Digital assets don't need to go through on-chain transfers, so there are no network fees.

1、Open the App homepage, click on [Assets] - [Deposit] - [Select Currency], for example [USDT].

2、For internal transfer deposits, click [Receive from Roogoo Account].

3、To receive from a Roogoo account, you can send your email or UID to other users, or set an amount and share the QR code with other users.

4、Select [Assets] - [Deposit] - [Deposit Digital Currency] and click the icon in the upper right corner for deposit records to check the progress of your deposit.

On-chain Deposit

Deposit refers to transferring digital assets from other exchanges or wallets to the Roogoo platform, similar to bank transfers. When A gives B a bank card number, and B uses that number to deposit money into A's specified bank card, this process can be compared to cryptocurrency deposits.

If you need to deposit assets from other platforms to Roogoo, follow these steps:

1、Open the App homepage, click on [Assets] - [Deposit] - [Select Currency], for example [USDT].

2、For on-chain deposits, click [Deposit from Other Exchanges or Wallets].

3、Select the deposit network, for example [TRON (TRC20)]. Special attention is required: when selecting the deposit network, the withdrawal network from other exchanges or wallets must match the deposit network on Roogoo. For example, if you choose USDT-Ethereum as the deposit network, the withdrawal network must also be the USDT-Ethereum network, otherwise you will lose your coins.

4、[Copy] the address, then open another platform or wallet and paste the address, or scan the address QR code, and complete the operation according to the requirements to finish the deposit.
