Card Usage Risk Warnings
Roogoo Card does not have overdraft functionality. Please ensure you have sufficient balance in your Roogoo account before making purchases.
Avoid frequent refunds, failed transactions, and payment cancellations.
If your refund and transaction failure rate exceeds 20%, your card may be frozen and deleted. To prevent malicious refund behavior, a 3% processing fee will be charged for voluntary refunds. Please avoid frequent refund operations.
If your card is frozen or deleted, please contact Roogoo customer service to reset your account card status and reapply for a new card.
Roogoo does not support fiat currency deposits or transfers (e.g., from banks/WeChat/Alipay top-ups), nor fiat currency recharges/deposits. It only supports payments to merchants.
When using your Roogoo card for purchases, ensure your Roogoo account balance is at least 3% higher than the payment amount, as each payment requires: Total Amount = Payment Amount + Processing Fees, which include commission fees. Insufficient balance will result in payment failure.
When binding to WeChat/Alipay for purchases, ensure your Roogoo account balance is at least 8% higher than the payment amount. For single transactions exceeding 200 RMB, WeChat/Alipay currently charges an additional 3% fee for foreign bank cards. Douyin (TikTok) charges an additional 3% fee for all foreign cards.

Usage Issues
1. Does Roogoo have a mobile app?
Currently, the Roogoo APP is under development and cannot be downloaded from Apple or Google stores. You can use the PWA version mobile app by adding it to your phone's home screen. Please refer to this tutorial.
2. WeChat and Alipay Related Issues
Additional Fees
For single transactions exceeding 200 RMB, WeChat/Alipay currently charges a 3% additional fee for foreign bank cards. This fee is charged by WeChat/Alipay. Please pay attention to WeChat/Alipay prompts during payment to avoid losing processing fees.
Limits
Roogoo Card has no limits, but Alipay and WeChat Pay currently impose payment limits for foreign cards: $1,000 per transaction, $50,000 annual limit.
Card Addition or Binding Failure
If you encounter "unable to add" or "binding failed" prompts when adding Roogoo Card to WeChat/Alipay or Apple Pay, please confirm that your WeChat/Alipay or Apple Pay real-name information matches the card's KYC name (pinyin consistent). Special attention: For Chinese residents with names containing "Lü" (吕,闾,侣,旅,绿,律,彔,虑, etc.), "Nü" (女, etc.), the letter "ü" should be converted to "YU"; for "Lüe" (略, etc.), "Nüe" (虐, etc.), the letter "ü" should be converted to "U". Ensure card information is correct when binding, including surname/given name, card expiry date, CVV code, etc.
If WeChat or Alipay prompts that your account currently doesn't support adding international bank cards, this is due to risk control measures on your WeChat/Alipay account (such as suspicious transfers or violations leading to restrictions). This prevents adding any international bank cards. Please follow WeChat/Alipay requirements to lift account restrictions first. This issue is not caused by Roogoo Card.
WeChat or Alipay Payment Failure
If WeChat/Alipay payment fails, first confirm your Roogoo account balance exceeds the payment amount. If it occurs repeatedly, unbind the card from the payment tool and rebind before trying again.
WeChat/Alipay Payment Limits
WeChat Pay/Alipay have payment limits for all foreign cards: $1,000 per transaction, $50,000 annually. Dynamic limits may also apply - refer to actual WeChat Pay/Alipay notifications.
If limits are insufficient, consider applying for additional cards.
WeChat/Alipay currently implement dynamic limits for foreign cards, adjusting payment amounts based on transaction patterns. Specific limits are not disclosed, nor calculation methods. If you encounter limit notifications during payment, try again after midnight the next day or reduce transaction amounts. WeChat and Alipay limits are currently independent but may merge due to policy requirements. Please contact WeChat/Alipay customer service for details.
3. Subscription Payments for OpenAI, Claude, X, etc.
First, if you encounter issues with subscription payments on web pages, please switch to mobile apps.
ChatGPT and similar merchants have complex and frequently changing risk control conditions involving user account controls, IP controls, and multiple factors, causing failure probability for any card paying these merchants. Roogoo cannot guarantee successful payment for X Premium (Twitter membership), AI tools, or other merchants with strict multi-factor risk controls.
Special Notice:
For subscription payments, ensure sufficient card balance to cover subscription fees and all processing charges. If multiple deduction attempts fail, your card may be frozen by banks, merchants, or Roogoo and cannot be unfrozen, requiring card reapplication. Please cancel subscriptions for unused services promptly.
4. Deposits and Refunds
Top-up or Deposit Processing Time
When users top up Roogoo accounts, funds are credited after being sent to the blockchain.
In some cases, due to blockchain delays, fund crediting may be delayed, usually processing automatically within 1-2 hours.
Please ensure you deposit from supported networks with USDT/USDC, not unsupported networks or assets other than USDT/USDC. Incorrect deposits may result in irreversible asset loss. If you deposit on wrong networks or incorrect assets, contact Roogoo customer service with your account email address, deposit network, and complete deposit hash.
Payment Failure or Refund Processing Time
Merchant refunds to banks and Roogoo require settlement processes. Completed refunds go directly to your card balance.
If payment fails when using Roogoo Card and your account is charged, merchants will automatically refund the amount. Refund processing time depends on bank processing, typically 2-3 business days, up to 5-21 business days.
Processed refunds will appear in your statement details.
