Your KYC information is stored on the internationally renowned and regulatory-compliant Sumsub platform, and shared with the bank through Sumsub. Sumsub is recognized by multiple regulatory authorities, has extensive experience in partnering with banks, and ensures the security of KYC information.
Please be sure to provide authentic identity documents when completing KYC verification to avoid affecting your future card usage. Providing false KYC verification materials may result in your account being banned by the bank or Roogoo.
Roogoo uses Sumsub for KYC services. KYC verification results are not controlled by Roogoo.
Special Reminders:
Ensure images are clear and avoid photo glare/reflection
Scanned copies or photocopies of documents will not pass verification; original document photos must be used
Enable your browser's photo album and camera permissions. Try to use the camera function rather than uploading photos from your album
If you encounter issues with photo uploads, try closing the browser process and trying again, or switch to a different browser (Chrome is recommended)
Consider switching devices, such as using a friend or family member's phone to scan the verification QR code for real-name authentication (no account login required)
