If you have deposited assets incorrectly due to choosing the wrong cryptocurrency or network, and the transaction is technically recoverable, the Roogoo platform will make every effort to assist you in recovering your assets.
Since asset recovery involves cross-chain operations, manual processing, high risks, and associated costs such as network Gas fees, cross-chain bridge fees, and exchange fees, the platform will charge a fixed recovery service fee of 5 USDT (a flat fee regardless of the asset amount).
Tokens Not Supported for Recovery:
Tokens with a value of less than 5 USD;
Testnet tokens;
Tokens not listed for trading on Binance, OKX, Bitget, Bybit, or Gate exchanges;
Tokens that do not support peer-to-peer direct transfers;
Tokens transferred to non-Roogoo platform addresses.
Important Notes:
Not all incorrect deposits can be successfully recovered (e.g., assets that have entered uncontrollable addresses or tokens with removed liquidity cannot be retrieved).
Upon successful recovery, the assets will be credited to your asset account, or they can be returned to a correct address specified by you.
The recovery process typically takes 1 to 15 working days, depending on on-chain conditions.
We will fully assist you, but please carefully double-check the cryptocurrency, network, and deposit address when making a deposit to avoid unnecessary losses.
