Deactivate / Reactivate Card
Users can Deactivate or Reactivate their cards as needed.
How to Deactivate / Reactivate:
Navigate to the "Card" page.
Go to "Settings".
Select "Deactivate / Reactivate Card".
Understanding Card Deactivation:
Deactivating a card is a Temporary Freeze. It simply pauses the use of your card, and you can Reactivate it yourself at any time to continue using it.
Important Notice:
If you continue to use the card for payments or purchases while it is deactivated—including automatic subscription renewals (e.g., Netflix, OpenAI)—the transactions will fail. In such cases, the bank will charge a Decline Fee.
Card Cancellation Guide
If you decide to permanently stop using your card, please refer to the following detailed instructions regarding balance processing, eligibility, and the cancellation procedure.
