Roogoo Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) Service Agreement

  1. This DCA Terms and Conditions remains fully effective after the complete initial setup of the DCA plan until you modify the DCA plan settings and/or terminate the DCA plan. We may terminate the DCA plan at any time and will send you advance notice.

  2. Roogoo DCA executes transactions according to the transaction plan details specified by users, and the resulting transaction fees are shared proportionally among all users.

  3. Roogoo will deduct funds 10 minutes before your scheduled time and ensure the purchase of the DCA cryptocurrency is completed within 20 minutes, and deposit it into your funding account or Yuebibao financial account according to your settings. Once the deduction operation is executed, the current DCA plan cannot be modified or canceled.

  4. By clicking "Confirm" to create a new DCA plan, you authorize all future transactions specified in the plan. It is crucial to regularly review the status of your DCA plan. We have no obligation to verify the information and details of the DCA plan you provide. We assume that all information and details of the DCA plan you provide are accurate and complete.

  5. Roogoo is not responsible for any losses caused by errors in subscription amounts, DCA cycle details, or insufficient funds in your account balance. It is your responsibility to maintain sufficient balance in your funding account to avoid transaction execution failures. We are not responsible for any delays in executing the DCA plan (if any) for any reason.

  6. To change your DCA plan, you should modify the DCA plan in the DCA details.

  7. We reserve the right to refuse to process, cancel, terminate, or revoke any DCA plan at our sole discretion. We will revoke a transaction if we suspect it involves (or is highly likely to involve) money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other type of financial crime; or if we need to respond to a subpoena, court order, or other government order; or if there is reason to suspect the transaction is in error; or if we suspect the transaction is related to any applicable restrictions. We have no obligation to ask you to restore your purchase or sale orders at the same price or under the same terms as the canceled transaction, and we will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from our actions taken under this provision.
