Roogoo Gift Vouchers are a user-created, directed transfer tool featuring a "Dual-Confirmation" mechanism. It allows users to securely convert their account balance into gift vouchers and send them to specific platform users with enhanced safety through multi-step verification.
I. Core Features
Customizable Amount: Creators can define the specific value of each voucher.
Targeted Delivery: Precise recipient locking via UID or Registered Email to prevent misdirection.
Secure Activation: A "Recipient Request + Creator Approval" logic ensures funds are transferred only when both parties are ready.
II. Operational Procedures
1. For Creators (Senders)
Issue Voucher: Go to "Home" → "Gift Voucher" and click the [Create] button.
Enter Details:
Amount: Input the amount to be gifted (this will be deducted from your balance immediately).
Recipient Identifier: Enter the recipient's UID or Registered Email (please double-check for accuracy).
Generate: Once confirmed, the system generates a "Pending Activation" voucher and notifies the recipient.
Activate: Upon receiving an "Activation Request" from the recipient, click [Approve/Activate] in the management interface. Funds will then be officially credited to the recipient’s asset account.
2. For Recipients (Receivers)
View Voucher: Go to "Home" → "Gift Voucher" and find the voucher in the "My Gift Vouchers" list.
Request Activation: Click the [Request Activation] button on the voucher to notify the creator.
Receive Funds: Once the creator approves the request, the voucher value will be automatically credited to your asset account.
III. Appeal and Arbitration Mechanism
In the event of disputes during the process (e.g., incorrect info, transaction disagreements), both parties can file an official appeal.
Filing an Appeal: Click [Appeal] on the voucher details page and submit evidence (e.g., chat screenshots, transaction records).
Locked Status: Once an appeal is filed, the voucher enters a "Locked Status."
Note: During this period, the creator can still choose to Activate the voucher, and the recipient can still choose to Return it.
System Arbitration: The Roogoo team will intervene using automated checks (credit history, IP, fund source) and manual judgment:
Ruled for Creator: Voucher is voided; funds are returned to the creator.
Ruled for Recipient: System forces activation; funds are transferred to the recipient.
⚠️ Risk Warnings
Malicious Appeal Penalty: Users who frequently file baseless appeals (e.g., malicious refund requests or attempted theft) will face penalties, including credit downgrades, issuing bans, or permanent account suspension.
Final Interpretation: In cases where ownership is highly ambiguous, Roogoo reserves the right to freeze funds until the dispute is resolved.
