The Node Program is divided into two tiers: Super Nodes and Standard Nodes.

Node Type

Super Node

Exclusively open to a select few (Requires application or system invitation).

Standard Node

Open to ordinary users who meet the criteria.

Revenue Distribution Model

Distribution Time: Daily at approx. 00:15 (UTC+0).

Node Earnings

  • Super Node: Earns various commission rebates from all users within their node (including those under sub-Standard Nodes) + a 20% "Development Bonus" based on the earnings of their direct-level sub-Super Nodes.

  • Standard Node: Earns various commission rebates from all users within their node + a 20% "Development Bonus" based on the earnings of their direct-level sub-nodes.

Node Specifications

Super Node Logic: When a user becomes a Super Node, all users they invite (regardless of the number of levels) are categorized as users under that Super Node, until a new Super Node appears further down the referral chain.

Standard Node Logic: When a user becomes a Standard Node, all users they invite (regardless of the number of levels) are categorized as users under that Standard Node, until a new node (either a Super Node or a Standard Node) appears further down the referral chain.

As shown in the diagram:

Diagram Legend: Ovals represent Node Owners; Circles represent Regular Users; Dashed boxes represent Node Boundaries. The specific rules are as follows:

1. Exclusion Principle (Self-Exclusion): A Node Owner does not belong to the node they own. Instead, they are categorized under their respective preceding (upline) node.

2. Super Node Logic: All downstream users (past and future) in a Super Node owner's referral chain belong to that node, until a new Super Node emerges further down the chain (the "Interception" logic). As shown in the diagram:

  • Super Node A (Red) has Super Nodes B (Blue), C (Purple), and D (Grey) appearing downstream. Therefore, users within Nodes B, C, and D are excluded from Super Node A.

  • Standard Nodes A (Green), B (Yellow), and C are "Standard" types. Thus, users under these nodes still belong to Super Node A's coverage.

3. Standard Node Logic: All downstream users in a Standard Node owner's referral chain belong to that node, until any new node (either Standard or Super) emerges further down the chain. As shown in the diagram:

  • Standard Node A (Green) has Standard Node B (Yellow) and Super Node C (Purple) appearing downstream. Users within these nodes are excluded from Standard Node A (Green).

4. Dynamic Updates: A user's node affiliation may change at any time as new nodes are activated or deactivated (emerge or vanish) along the referral chain.

5. Node Dissolution/Expiration: If a node becomes invalid or is deactivated, all users within that node are automatically re-assigned to the nearest active node appearing further up the referral chain.

Node Application

1. Eligibility

  • Standard Node: Complete Identity Verification (KYC), invite at least 5 direct users, including at least 3 active users.

  • Super Node: Open to individuals with team management and regional market expansion capabilities; granted via application review or platform invitation.

2. Activation Process

User Application - Back-end Review - Stake Security Deposit (ROOG) - Node Activation (Earnings start accumulating).

3. Security Deposit Rules

The staking period for all nodes is 365 days. Early unstaking is not permitted. Upon expiration, the stake can be automatically renewed for another 365 days. If not renewed, the node will automatically expire/dissolve, and node earnings will be discontinued.

The default validity period for a node is 365 days. It can be automatically renewed for another 365 days upon expiration. If not renewed, the node will automatically expire/terminate, and the distribution of node revenue will stop.

Other Notes

User invitation commissions are not affected by node status. Users will continue to enjoy Level-2 invitation commissions. Please refer to [Link/Here] for specific details.
