Roogoo Coin (ROOG) is an incentive utility token issued by the Roogoo platform on the Solana blockchain, and it is an important component of the Roogoo ecosystem. Main uses:

Ecosystem Rewards: ROOG token holders can enjoy token airdrops from ecosystem partners, staking rewards, and app privileges.

Enhanced Earning Yields: ROOG token holders can lock up and stake tokens to enjoy higher annualized returns, and can also receive stablecoin (e.g., USDT) cash rebates.

Platform Privileges: ROOG tokens can be used to pay for or reduce transaction fees, staking grants platform permissions, and holders enjoy additional platform privileges.

Dividends &amp; Buyback: During the ROOG circulation phase, holding or locking up ROOG tokens entitles holders to quarterly dividends. Each quarter, liquidity will also be repurchased from the market for burning, with the buyback price never lower than the issuance price. No dividends or buybacks occur during the airdrop phase.

Exchanged ROOG will be locked up. 1% of the locked amount unlocks daily, until the locked balance falls below 100 ROOG, at which point the remaining balance is unlocked in full.

Locked ROOG can be used for staking to earn corresponding returns and to offset relevant platform fees.

The platform does not support exchanging ROOG for USDT or other tokens. When conditions are met, internal transfer and on-chain transfer functions will be enabled.

The first exchange grants eligibility for a points airdrop and awards 100 points; every 1 USDT exchanged earns 10 points. Referrers also receive points referral rebates:

- Direct referral of a friend to participate in the exchange earns a 20% points rebate.
- Indirect referral of a friend to participate in the exchange earns a 10% points rebate.

Referring an active friend (who opens a card, stakes, or exchanges ROOG) increases the exchange quota by 10,000 ROOG. Referrers also receive USDT referral rebates:

- Direct referral of a friend to participate in the exchange earns a 2% USDT rebate.
- Indirect referral of a friend to participate in the exchange earns a 1% USDT rebate.
