To ensure financial compliance, meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, and protect the interests of both the platform and its users, the following categories and behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Prohibited Conduct
Leaking Card Information: This poses a high risk of asset loss due to chargebacks and unauthorized transactions.
Exposing card numbers, expiration dates, or Security Codes (CVV).
Unauthorized Usage: Permitting third parties to use the card, or the buying and selling of card accounts.
Insecure Transactions: Binding cards to unknown standalone websites, or entering card details over public Wi-Fi or websites without HTTPS encryption.
Multiple Account Binding: Binding the same card number to multiple accounts on the same platform.
Excessive Zero-Dollar Authorizations: Frequent $0.00 verification attempts.
Insufficient Funds: Failing to cancel subscriptions when the balance is insufficient, leading to repeated failed billing attempts.
Prohibited Transaction Categories
Online Gambling: All forms of betting and wagering.
Cryptocurrency: Crypto-related platforms, exchanges, or neo-banks (including but not limited to Wise, Moonpay, etc.).
Financial Trading: Forex, futures, and related speculative trading.
Post-Paid Platforms: Services that bill after usage.
Including but not limited to: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Uber, etc. (See the detailed list below for more).
Bearer Gift Cards: Purchasing non-reloadable or anonymous gift cards.
Gas Stations: Transactions at gas pumps or merchants located within gas stations.
Sensitive Data Exposure: Sharing card numbers, expiry dates, CVV, or cardholder names.
Adult Content: Pornography-related platforms (including but not limited to OnlyFans, etc.).
Crowdfunding & Fan Platforms: (Including but not limited to Patreon, etc.).
⚠️ Important Notice
If the bank's risk control system detects any prohibited behavior or attempted transactions on these platforms, your Roogoo Card will be frozen immediately. We reserve the right to take the following actions:
Cancellation of your card(s).
Freezing of your capital account/funds.
Permanent Ban of your account.
Recovery of Debts, including additional fines or forfeiture of security deposits.
The Roogoo Card does not support binding or transactions with high-risk blacklisted platforms such as Uber, Wawa, Exxon, RacetracC, Shell, Wise, etc. Violation will result in immediate card cancellation and account freezing.
