Restricted Categories and Prohibited Activities
To ensure financial compliance, adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and protect the interests of both the platform and our users, the following categories and activities are strictly prohibited:
Online Gambling: All forms of online betting and gambling activities.
Cryptocurrency-related: Transactions involving cryptocurrency exchanges or related banking services, including but not limited to Wise, Moonpay, etc.
Post-paid Platforms: Including but not limited to Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Uber, etc. (A more detailed list is provided below).
Purchasing Bearer Gift Cards: Any purchase of non-personalized or anonymous gift cards.
Gas Stations: Transactions at gas stations or merchants located within gas station premises.
Exposure of Card Information: Sharing sensitive data including Card Number, Expiry Date, Security Code (CVV), or Cardholder Name.
Multiple Account Binding: Linking the same card number to multiple accounts on the same platform.
Adult Content: Any transactions related to pornography or adult services.
If our risk control system detects that you attempt to transact on these platforms, your Roogoo Card will be frozen, and we may take the following actions:
Cancel your Card
Freeze your main account
Impose additional penalties/confiscate deposits
The Roogoo Card does not support binding or transactions with high-risk blacklisted platforms such as Uber, Wawa, Exxon, RacetracC, Shell, Wise, etc. Violation will result in immediate card cancellation and account freezing.
