⚠️ Decline Fee: Bank fees incurred from transaction failures due to insufficient balance, card freezing, suspension, or cancellation:

Important Statement: To maintain the platform's payment environment and card stability, the bank will dynamically adjust related fees based on the actual Chargeback Rate of each account. The bank reserves the right to adjust decline/chargeback fees based on data performance. Please use the card properly to reduce the risk of declines/chargebacks.
Transaction Reversal Fee: 1 USD / transaction;
Transaction Dispute Handling Fee: 50 USD. If a transaction dispute occurs with a merchant or payment platform and requires the bank's intervention, a 50 USD handling fee will be charged per transaction regardless of the outcome.
Card Cancellation Fee:
For cards applied for free: 4.99 USD, and any cashback (if applicable) will be deducted. The cancellation fee is waived if there are more than 20 non-zero authorization transactions and the cumulative consumption exceeds 1000 USD.
For cards applied for with a fee: 0 USD.
Card Rules
Top-up: Initial top-up starts from 10 USD; subsequent top-ups start from 1 USD (must be in whole numbers).
⚠️ Balance Transfer-out: Requires a minimum remaining balance of 10 USD (transfer amounts must be in whole numbers).
⚠️ Bank Freeze/Unfreeze: The card will be frozen if the balance falls below 2 USD; it will be automatically unfrozen when topped up to 10 USD or more.
⚠️ Bank Card Cancellation:

The card will be cancelled after 5 consecutive declines/chargebacks;
Card cancellation cycle is one month.
