Disclosure of card information, including card number, expiration date, security code (CVV), cardholder name, etc.

Binding the same card number to multiple accounts on the same platform.

- Online Gambling
- Cryptocurrency-related/Cryptocurrency Exchanges/Banks Including but not limited to Wise, Moonpay, etc.
- Postpaid Platforms Including but not limited to Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Uber, etc. For a more detailed list, please see below.
- Purchase of Bearer Gift Cards
- Disclosure of card information, including card number, expiration date, security code (CVV), cardholder name, etc.
- Binding the same card number to multiple accounts on the same platform.
- Adult Content Related

If our risk control system detects that you attempt to transact on these platforms, your Roogoo Card will be frozen, and we may take the following actions:

Impose additional penalties/confiscate deposits

- Cancel your  Card
- Freeze your main account
- Impose additional penalties/confiscate deposits

The Roogoo Card does not support binding or transactions with high-risk blacklisted platforms such as Uber, Wawa, Exxon, RacetracC, Shell, Wise, etc. Violation will result in immediate card cancellation and account freezing.
