Transaction Reversal Fee:
Authorized amount ≥ $5 USD: $1.00 USD per transaction.
Authorized amount < $5 USD: $0.20 USD per transaction.
Dispute Resolution Fee: $50 USD per transaction. This fee applies if the bank is required to intervene in a dispute with a merchant or platform, regardless of the outcome.
Card Cancellation Policy
Free-to-Apply Cards: A cancellation fee of $4.99 USD applies, and any cashback earned on the card will be clawed back (if applicable).
Waiver Clause: The fee will be waived if the card has more than 20 successful non-zero authorized transactions and a cumulative spend of at least $1,000 USD.
Paid-to-Apply Cards: $0 USD (Free of charge).
Card Guidelines
Top-up Requirements: Minimum initial top-up of $20 USD. Subsequent top-ups must be a minimum of $5 USD in whole increments.
Balance Transfer: A minimum balance of $20 USD must remain in the card account when transferring funds out. Transfers must be in whole increments.
Freezing/Unfreezing: The card will be frozen if the balance falls below $3 USD. It will automatically unfreeze once the balance is topped up to $20 USD or more.
Card Termination (By Bank):
Balance falls below $0 USD.
Five (5) consecutive declined transactions due to insufficient funds/risk.
Cancellation cycles are processed monthly (Calendar month).
